Enrolling Your Child

Loyola College welcomes enquiries and enrolment applications from all students (including International students). Entry in Year 7 is co-ordinated and offered  approximate 18 months prior (when students are in Year 5) in accordance with Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) enrolment policies and procedures. There is an agreed order of priority for enrolment in MACS schools, which must be followed and this can be found by accessing the College's Enrolment Policy below. Enrolments applications for other year levels (8-12), including those for International Students are accepted throughout the year with intakes at the beginning of Semester 1 (Term 1) and Semester 2 (Term 3).

As an Ignatian school we share a global perspective and welcome students from other countries to study at the College and contribute actively in the life of Loyola. The College offers a rich educational experience and values the benefits that Intercultural exchanges can offer.

Families wishing to apply for enrolment at Loyola College are required to do so via our Online Application Portal. In submitting your application, please ensure the following documents are provided:

• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Child’s Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
• Evidence of Australian Citizenship (if both parents are not born in Australia)
• Recent Academic Reports and NAPLAN Results
• $100 Enrolment Application Fee ($502 Application Fee incurred for International Applications)

(Please Note: A non-refundable / non-transferable application fee of $100.00 will be charged per application submitted ($302 for International Student Applications) and is payable via Credit/Debit Card. This fee covers administrative costs and is non-refundable regardless of application outcome.
